Finance Committee
The Institute of Agriculture Technology, is working under the aegis of M RM Trust registered under Indian Trust Act 1882. As per the provisions contained in the para 6.7 of bye-laws of the Trust, an account has been opened in the Union Bank of India and now operating from its Rajouri Garden Branch, New Delhi.
Similarly, as per provision in the bye-laws vide para 5 - E (viii), the account of the Trust is being audited annually by Shri Bharat. Prasad Yadav, Chartered Accountant. Further, the Trust has made Sub- committee on Finance as per provision vide Para 6.32 of the Trust. This sub- committee on Finance is ensuring the norms while incurring financial expenditure by the Institute.

The Institute of Agriculture Technology, is committed to incur expenditure as per financial norms of sponsoring agency and Government of India as well as specified in the Bye- Laws of the Trust. The chartered accountant is to ensure the expenditure is to be incurred as per the financial norms applicable to the Trust and also as per the overall guidelines of the sponsoring / funding agency. The financial accounts and expenditure of the Trust are regularly being audited and maintained annually. Similarly Income Tax Return (ITR) as per the provisions contained in the bye-laws of Trust are being filed to Income Tax Department since 2019-20 regularly.
